City of Lakes Bicycle Racks

These bicycle racks take  inspiration from the original Forbes patent skate produced by Starr Manufacturing in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. They were fabricated as welded aluminum hoops and have a white powder coat finish. A sandblasted etched line provides a playful pathway to each rack, and alludes to the curvilinear traces left by a skater on the ice.
